“ A delightful, fun coffee shop and cafe in the downtown area of Park Ridge. I got a hot latte here that was delicious and I brought home a bag of beans from Dark Matter Coffee which is one of my favorites. They have an impressive food menu that looks delicious as well. They have a lot of seating. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. This is definitely a place you'll want to check out. ”

“ Delicious speciality coffee and pastries! I stopped in for a blueberry lemon scope and Claude’s meadows latte. Nice afternoon pick me up during the workday. The staff were very friendly and service was fast. They have vegan and gluten free options as well. I love Dark Matter coffee and it’s nice to find it served outside of Chicago as well. ”

“ Food: I got the breakfast sandwich with the gluten-free English muffin. I was impressed they had this option and then they could remove the cheese because they assemble it there. I do wish it had some kind of sauce or something as it was a bit dry, but overall, it was a good sandwich and usually I’m not a big fan of breakfast sandwiches cause I think the egg can be questionable Drink: oat miel was very good! Atmosphere: cute and I love that they have games to play ”

“ Very cool spot, walkable area with multiple businesses and easy parking. They have a brewery and a coffee shop attached to each other, we only got to experience the coffee shop side. Coffee was great, they had some nice seasonal drinks. Food was only ok, but it was reasonably priced and overall we enjoyed it. ”

“ I went with my friend and we both had a great time. I ordered a cold brew (dark roast) and I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted good. On the other hand, my friend ordered a house blend tea and a soft pretzel. She said the pretzel was very fluffy and the tea was tasty, so I believe she enjoyed what she ordered. ”

“ Very nice location just opposite the train station. Was really impressed about the graffiti on the wall and the nice service we received. I honestly made a mistake not leaving a tip as I'm not used to habits in the US, but surely next time I would not make the same mistake. I got a sandwich and it was awesome. For us this was better than waiting long hours at the airport. ”

“ Used to really enjoy coming here for great coffee/tea drinks and the cozy vibe, but lately the service has made it way less enjoyable. After a long wait and it became obvious my drink order was forgotten, I inquired about it. The young staffer looked annoyed that she had to get off her cell phone (the rest of the staff was also occupied on their phones). She then slammed my drink on the counter and shouted my name, knowing full well I was the only customer waiting for a drink. Lovely! ”

“ Wonderful local coffee spot! My sister and I found it during a weekend trip and went more than once because we enjoyed the coffee/food options and the atmosphere. Menu is a good mix of pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Pictured is the Quiet Car, which tasted very good! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and unique. There are a variety of board games available for guests to check out and play. ”
